In the past, what have been your biggest obstacles in business? What helped you overcome those obstacles?

It is very easy to have limiting beliefs when you start your own business. When I began to shift my mindset to a place of abundance versus a place of lack, that’s when amazing things happened. You need to know what you want and the how will figure itself out. Anything is possible.

What advice would you give to yourself when you were a young working mother?

You can do hard things! You can do it all – but you don’t have to. The days are long but the years are fast!

If you have a bucket list, what’s your favorite thing you’ve checked off?

My favorite bucket list item was one that came true recently. Buying a second home in Florida!

What gets you up in the morning?

I love the 5am club! I wake up and spend time having coffee and visiting with my husband. Then I read something motivational, meditate and write my affirmations. This sets the intention for a great day!

How would you like people to describe you or see you?

As a genuine and loving person that always sees the good in everyone.

Do you have any exciting ambitions for the future?

I love helping my new agents become exceptional agents. I want to grow that mentorship into a life coaching business so I can watch all types of businesses and people grow and achieve their dreams.

What lessons did you learn from the challenges created by the pandemic?

That it is okay to slow down. I thought I was so busy and had no extra time to do things for myself. The pandemic helped me slow down take the time to sit and relax, pet my dog, read a book, go on an extra-long walk. JUST BE STILL.

What’s been the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Consistency is the mother of mastery.

Do you have a favorite quote you’d like to share?
