The moment you decide you want this, call us. Availability varies, and our most popular time slots fill up quickly — especially around holidays and busy seasons. We also love to schedule around your hair coloring appointments so your roots are fresh and camera-ready. Don’t wait for the “perfect” time. Call us, and we’ll make it work around your life.
Women should plan for 2-1/2 hours and men should plan for 1-1/2 hours.

Express Photoshoot days are back-to-back appointments, so we ask that you arrive on time.
Bring your tops and coordinating bottoms pressed and ready to wear along with any jewelry or belts that go with each look. No need to bring separate shoes, we don’t photograph feet during the Express session. If you have a signature lip color you love, toss it in your bag — otherwise, your makeup artist provides everything for your makeover, including lashes if you’d like them. Beyond that? Just bring a good attitude and a willingness to relax and have fun. We’ll take care of everything else.
Your images are ready in about a week. Here’s what happens after your shoot: we go through everything together the same day and you select the images you love. Those selections go straight to our retouching team, where each photo passes through three rounds of retouching by separate artists — our signature 13-point, magazine-quality process. By the time your finished images land in your inbox, they’ve had a lot of expert eyes on them.
Absolutely — looking like yourself is the whole point. Our licensed makeup artists are trained specifically in camera-ready makeup, which is different from everyday makeup but doesn’t have to feel that way. Whether you want a barely-there no-makeup look or something more glam, they’ll listen to what feels right for you and create something elevated but unmistakably you. Not happy with something? They’ll adjust until you are. We don’t pick up a camera until you love what you see in the mirror.
