Each portrait is fully retouched then combined into a composited group photo. Everyone gets the body language and facial expression that feels like them. Everyone wants to look their best — slender, confident, and at ease in their own skin. We gently retouch every image so each person shines. During the shoot, we pose and guide your team so they look professional, capable, and approachable. And if they bring wardrobe options, we’ll guide them toward selections that best align with your brand and the overall aesthetic of the group.

The moment you decide you want this for your team, call us. Availability varies, and our most popular time slots fill up quickly. We recommend planning at least a month out so your people can clear their calendar, have time to go shopping if needed, or get a fresh haircut or coloring.
Each person has a 15-minute appointment where we spend 5 minutes photographing them and 10 minutes selecting their best image from the session.
Group composite photos are photographed full-body. They will need a complete head to toe camera-ready outfit, including footwear. If they are unsure of a wardrobe piece, they are welcome to bring a few alternate options and we can guide them to their most flattering look. Unless they are getting the makeover services, they need to arrive at our studio pre-styled and ready to go.
Most men will not need makeup services, but we highly recommend it for women. Makeup for the camera is different than everyday makeup. For these shoots, our cosmetologist keeps it very corporate appropriate. If you want your team to look ultra-professional and make an impression, we’d recommend adding makeup.
We reserve a dedicated time block for your organization and schedule each team member in 15-minute intervals — so there’s no need for everyone to arrive at once. In fact, we prefer individuals come at their appointed time rather than in groups. It creates a more relaxed, private environment where each person can feel at ease in front of the camera without the added pressure of an audience.
