What called you to your line of work?

A few years ago, I was called by my ancestors through visions, dreams, and a spiritual awakening. That calling led me to heal my old wounds and traumas and share my story with the world. This journey led me to launch my memoir as a podcast, create digital content, and provide psychic readings and healings to help others on their self-healing journeys. Over these years, I’ve experienced deep emotional healing, discovered my truth, and found my path forward.

What did you want to be when you were a child?

When I was a child, my imagination was filled with incredible scenarios that took me to places like outer space, mountain tops, and oceans filled with princesses, dragons, and aliens. By high school, my dream was to be a fiction writer. I wanted to create stories that transported people to different lands, places, and experiences. The inspiration behind this dream was the Choose Your Own Adventure books. I loved challenging the choices and outcomes of those plots to either bring me to triumph or defeat.

What does the world need more of? Less of?

Love. Love is the answer to everything. Once we truly experience self-love—which involves compassion, forgiveness, curiosity, and amusement—we can share that love with others. Love is something we give, not something we earn. Letting go of societal conditioning and programming is key to experiencing true love. When we operate from love, we gain the understanding to see different perspectives, fostering collaboration and cooperation instead of competition. If everyone embraced self-love and healing, global peace would naturally follow.

What is your personal or professional motto?

“We learn as we go.” We all make mistakes, take wrong turns, stay in relationships too long, and make choices we don’t love. This mantra helps me recover quickly and pivot easily instead of getting stuck in self-pity or conditioned thinking. Life is an adventure filled with surprises, and every step is a chance to learn.

Has learning from a mistake ever led you to success?

All mistakes lead to success. No one is successful on the first try; we’re all learning as we go. If something doesn’t work, try something else. My journey as a digital creator is a perfect example. I’ve made countless mistakes and experienced failures, but each one brought me closer to success. Every mistake carries a lesson, and those lessons become part of our progress.

What rituals could you not live without in your workday?

Every morning, I write at least three pages in my journal. It has no structure or rules, and it’s just for me—even if all I write is how much I don’t want to write! Meditation is also crucial. It helps me connect with myself, my spirit, spirit guides, and my ancestors while clearing any foreign energy that isn’t mine. Keeping my energy clean and free from outside influences is essential to maintaining clarity and creativity in my work.
