Tell me a bit about what you do?
I'm a seasoned residential and commercial Realtor and have been in the business for 17 years. I also love design and am a real estate stager with a Professional Property Stager designation. It's a great value-add for my clients because a properly staged home sells for a higher price and more quickly. Another way that sets me apart is that when clients list with me, I provide a handy person to help! This could be putting up smoke/carbon detectors, change out lighting, etc. At my core, I'm a helper and want to do whatever I can to make the process of buying or selling property smoother for my clients.

What is one piece of advice you'd give your pre-career 20 something self?
Get into real estate right away and love yourself.

What's your superpower?
Passion and laughter.

What's your favorite thing about what you do?
I love changing lives through homeownership and teaching investment principles.

What advice would you give to yourself when you were a young working mother?
I did not have children, but I thank all the moms for the full-time job they do with our future generation. I was a kid so that is where I come from when giving advice. Work on loving you then you can take care of others. Search for what you love doing and then make that a career. Then focus on that, no matter what. (NMW). DREAM! 

If you have a bucket list, what's your favorite thing you've checked off?
Hanging with the whales in Hawaii and Alaska.

What gets you up in the morning?
I love to serve and be of service. Helping others.

What lessons did you learn from the challenges created by the pandemic?
I learned to adapt, to be a trendsetter, and be there for others. Being there for others winds up helping you too!

What has been your greatest achievement professionally?
Opening my own brokerage. Now I get to help buyers and sellers and other agents too.

What have you learned about leadership that doesn't get taught in schools?
There is no lack, there is always enough. Lift others up. Don't serve from a scarcity mindset.

What's been the best career advice you've ever received?
Hang out with winners. They will inspire you to do better, be better, and they will lift you up. Collaborate and ask others for help.
